What can I do if my claim was denied?

July 7, 2022

If you qualify but your claim was denied, you have two options. One is to file an appeal within 60 days to push your application to the next level of review. Another option is to reapply, but this means starting the whole process over. For this reason, it’s best to have an attorney that can help complete and review your application.
