About

Corinne Huston is an associate attorney devoted to the practice of estate planning. She is an Orlando native and is proud to serve the Central Florida community. She attended the University of South Florida where she interned in the United States Senate and graduated with a degree in Political Science. She then graduated from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2018 with her J.D. and certificates of concentration in both Family Law and Pro Bono for her work serving indigent clients. Throughout law school, she focused on estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters at a private firm. As an attorney, she now specializes in crafting tailored estate plans for her clients to ensure that their legacies are protected.

Professionally, Corinne is active in the Orange County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and volunteers through the Wills for Heroes event drafting free estate planning documents for everyday heroes in our community since 2017. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her spouse and cats, attending comedy shows, and enjoying exploring the great outdoors.

Probate

When you or a loved one passes away, an estate’s transition, called probate, goes into effect. Usually, the family is responsible, alongside a probate attorney, for distributing probate assets.

Guardianship

It’s always best to be prepared. Make tough times easier on your family by setting up advance directives. In an emergency, assign your own guardian.

Social Security Disability

The Social Security application is exhaustive and the requirements are strict. We’ll help you get approved and make sure that you get the amount of assistance you deserve.
