About Us

Born in Vermont, Lindsay moved to Florida in 1989 with her parents and two sisters. She is currently attending Seminole State College to complete her business management degree. Before joining the Family First Firm, Lindsay spent 12 years in corporate law firms in the downtown Orlando area. She enjoys customer service, event planning, and seems to have found her niche.

Lindsay enjoys spending as much time as possible with her family and friends. Much of her spare time is spent supporting her three children in the sports they participate in: softball, baseball, volleyball, weightlifting, and basketball. You name it; they play it – and she is their number one fan. She also enjoys being active in the community by volunteering at the elementary and high schools, local food pantry, and city events.

Probate

When you or a loved one passes away, an estate’s transition, called probate, goes into effect. Usually, the family is responsible, alongside a probate attorney, for distributing probate assets.

Guardianship

It’s always best to be prepared. Make tough times easier on your family by setting up advance directives. In an emergency, assign your own guardian.

Social Security Disability

The Social Security application is exhaustive and the requirements are strict. We’ll help you get approved and make sure that you get the amount of assistance you deserve.
